Upon purchase of any mobile phone product at Fortress, you are entitled the "Mobile Data Transfer Package" (the first 150GB of mobile data) for free once or pay a fee of HK$300 to join the "Mobile Data Transfer Package" (the first 150GB of mobile data) once. For the first 150GB, an additional service fee (HK$200) will be charged, up to a maximum of 300GB.

Just pay an additional HK$200 (up to 300GB), and we’ll take care of everything!

- Please arrive at the booked store 10-15 minutes before your appointment. If you are late by 30 minutes or more during the appointment slot, you will need to log in again with your Fortress iClub account and rebook.
- To modify or cancel a booked data transfer service, please notify us via email at ftrproteam@aswatson.com at least 24 hours before the appointment date.
- Relevant fees will be collected by the instructor before the service begins.
The service must be registered within three months from the date of purchase.
